When a museum contracts CPPG for security staffing services, certain consulting services will be included free of charge in the contract.

CPPG client museums receive unlimited security consulting services by phone, fax or e-mail for the life of their contract with CPPG. Our consulting program provides each client with the best practices and efficient use of resources. This plan includes reviewing all proposals received from your technical system contractors; reviewing the Facility Report museums are required to prepare prior to borrowing items as well as security provisions for loans and exhibitions.

Following your approval, an internal auditor from our consulting division will visit the site unannounced to test our personnel. Before we leave the site we will offer you a chance to meet with us to discuss any suggestions you may have for improvement and also will share with you our findings. Within 24 hours corrective action ranging from re-training to termination will be recommended by our auditor to the Executive Vice President of CPPG.
