| WILLBUR C. FAULK, CPP, President |
|
Wilbur C. Faulk, CPP is a leading authority on security, fire and disaster planning. Wilbur spent nearly twenty years in executive positions at the Getty where he was the director of security for the J. Paul Getty Museum and later the entire Getty Trust. He served 15 years as director of security through the challenging period that culminated in the opening of the world renowned Getty Center in Los Angeles.
While at Getty, Wilbur undertook a variety of national and international cultural property initiatives, including work on behalf of numerous governments including Russia, Germany, and Chile. He traveled to some 40 countries and taught numerous courses on security, fire and disaster issues at the St. Petersburg International Center for Preservation in St. Petersburg, Russia.
In 2003, Wilbur retired from the Getty to lead the Cultural Property Protection Group, Inc. (CPPG), a subsidiary of Contemporary Services Corp (CSC).
Wilbur is active in many cultural security organizations, including the International Council of Museums and the American Association of Museums since 1988 - he is serving his 5th year as a member of the AAM-ICOM Board. Following the looting of the National Museum of Iraq in Baghdad during the second Gulf War in 2003, Wilbur was asked by the US State Department to conduct a comprehensive assessment of security for that museum. His 50 page report resulted in many positive changes in that important museum.
In 1995 Wilbur received the Smithsonian Institution’s Robert Burke National Award for Cultural Protection Achievement, the highest award given in the U. S. for security and protection of cultural property. In addition, he served two consecutive terms as the President of the Peace Officers Association of Los Angeles County (2003, 2004); an umbrella association for local and federal law enforcement agencies. Wilbur serves on the board of The Living Flame, a charitable organization devoted to assisting disadvantaged children in the Philippines, since 2001. |

JONATHAN J. FLEMING, Senior Special Advisor to the Executive Vice President |

Jonathan J. Fleming was named Chief Operating Officer in 2005, having joined CSC from the Department of Homeland Security, Transportation Security Administration, the government agency tasked with protecting the nation’s transportation systems. He served TSA as the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for strategic planning, implementation and oversight of all facets of the operation of an agency that employs 52,000 staff with a budget of 5.7 billion dollars.
Prior to his work with TSA, Jonathan held the positions of Chief of Security for the Los Angeles County Performing Arts Center and Manager of Security Operations for the Getty Center. His experience also includes serving as Special Investigator for the Los Angeles Metropolitan Transit Authority. Mr. Fleming served ten years in the United States Air Force and held the position of Special Agent with the US Air Force Office of Special Investigation.

STEVEN KELLER, CPP, Senior Vice President, Security Consulting; Principal, Steven R. Keller & Associates |

With 34 years in security related positions, Steve Keller is a Certified Protection Professional as well as being Board Certified in Security Management. Steve served as the Executive Director of Protection Services and Construction Projects Advisor for the Art Institute of Chicago. He has taught museum burglar and fire alarm design seminars at numerous venues including New York University.
Steve has chaired the American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS) International Committee on Museums, Libraries and Cultural Properties. As a member of the American Association of Museums’ security committee for over 20 years, he is a frequent speaker at AAM and regional museum conferences. He also has been a speaker at the Smithsonian’s National Conference on Cultural Property Protection nineteen of the past twenty-five years.
His written contributions include sections of “The Encyclopedia of Security” and sections pertaining to security technology for Microsoft’s “Encarta Encyclopedia”. He has written over 40 articles in professional publications and was an author of “The Suggested Guidelines for Museum Security”, the prevailing standard. He recently authored “The Instant Museum Security Department Policy Manual” and a software package for managing a museum security operation, “The Security Department Knowledge Base”.
Steve is the recipient of the ASIS International’s President’s Award of Merit and “Security” Magazine’s Executive Achievement Award. In 2006, he was recognized by AAM as one of the 100 people who have influenced the museum community. He has been interviewed by all major TV networks, National Public Radio, and BBC on museum security issues. |

| BARBARA O. ROBERTS, Senior Management Consultant for Conservation and Emergency Preparedness |

Barbara. O. Roberts has more than 30 years of national and international experience in the preservation and conservation of decorative arts. She has a special interest in the protection of public and private collections confronting natural and man-made emergencies and disasters.
Her professional career has been with major institutions, including the Frick Collection, the J. Paul Getty Museum, the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Victoria and Albert Museum.
An experienced teacher and trainer in the subject of emergency planning, response and recovery, Barbara has taught for the Campbell Center for Historic Preservation, the JFK Special Warfare Museum, the Museum Associations of the Caribbean and Saskatchewan, the National Parks Service, the Williamstown Regional Conservation Center and the Getty Conservation Institute.

| DANE DODD, CPP, Operations Specialist |

Dane Dodd joined CSC-CPPG in 2004 after having served as Assistant Director of Security at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. At the Met, Dane was responsible for physical security, overseeing more than 350 union and non-union personnel and an extensive electronic security system designed to protect the largest collection of fine art in the United States. He negotiated and executed more than $2.5 million in contracts each year and was responsible for numerous construction projects & special events.
In 2000, Dane was recognized by the United States Secret Service for his contributions to the United Nations General Assembly reception that was hosted by the Metropolitan Museum and President Clinton, to date, the largest assemblage of world leaders in history. During this time he also served on the Cultural Property Committee for ASIS and served as APPL coordinator with the New York Police Department for cultural properties.
Prior to his cultural security career, Dane served in the Marines as a platoon commander, weapons company executive officer, battalion legal officer, company commander and battalion assistant operations officer. In 1996 he was assigned to the Instructor Group at The Basic School where he taught weapons, tactics and military leadership to newly-commissioned Marine Officers in Quantico, Virginia. He was recognized in 1997 with the Elihu Rose Award for Teaching Excellence for his innovative tactics instruction and contributions to Marine Corps University.

| ANN BLASCKHE, Manager, Marketing & Client Outreach |

Ann Blaschke joined CPPG in 2003, responsible for prioritizing, recommending and implementing operational projects/goals. Previously she spent twelve years with the J. Paul Getty Trust – ten years of which she served with Getty Trust Security with progressively increasing levels of responsibility and managerial experience. Ann’s tenure with Getty Security covered the expansion of the department as it grew from 80 people to a staff of over 400 while the Getty assumed its high profile status with the opening of its new facilities in Brentwood, California. Her responsibilities included matters related to personnel, budget, planning and operations.
Ann is active in organizations including the California Alliance for Response, the Peace Officers Association of Los Angeles County and the American Association of Museums. She has received numerous commendations from county, state and federal organizations as well as from cultural institutions, acknowledging her contributions to outreach efforts amongst the public and private security communities.

ALICIA REMIREZ-RICCI, Senior Project Associate |
|
Alicia Remirez-Rizzi is a degreed architect and also served as a building inspector earlier in her career. Alicia documents system drawings (including device schedules) in formal bids for technical system design. Besides producing all of the detail drawings on a project, she provides quality control for the office.

STEVEN SWEN, Project Associate |
|
Steven Swen is responsible for workflow, scheduling, and quality control, and also provides on-site inspections and project management. Steve is an accomplished AutoCAD drafter wit a degree in computer drafting and design. He also has completed extensive course work in electronics engineering and technology.
Previously, Steve was in the construction industry and now brings valuable expertise and support to our architectural clients on cultural property projects. In addition, he has worked in low voltage installation positions and is knowledgeable in design and assembly of computer systems and networks.
